Hello! We’re looking to fill a room in our Crown Heights apartment starting January 1 through July 1.

The room is small but cozy, with great natural light and a street view. It currently has a lofted bed that can be removed if you’d prefer, though the loft gives you some extra space to work with. Just a heads-up, the room doesn’t have a closet.

The apartment is a spacious fourth-floor walk-up in a pre-war, 8-unit building right off Franklin Ave. We’ve got separate living, dining, and kitchen spaces, so even though the bedrooms are small, there’s plenty of room to hang out and do your own thing.

It’s about a 7-minute walk to the 2/3 and 4/5 trains, a 1-minute walk to the S train, and about 10-15 minutes to Prospect Park.

About This Lister

We're two women in our early 30s working in publishing and architecture, plus a sweet dog named Bron. We work mostly from home but go into the office a couple of days a week. We’re hoping to find someone who doesn’t work from home and is dog-friendly (you have to be cool with loving dogs!). We’re pretty low-key, clean, and respectful, and while we like hosting occasionally, it’s not an everyday thing, we do love to cook a family dinner every once in awhile. :)
