I’m looking for a someone to sublet my apartment in Yorkville in the UES. Dates are from February 2025- end of April. I can be flexible but will prioritize those who can commit to majority of those dates.

-3 min walk to Carl Shurz Park on the East River.
-15 min walk to The Met & Central Park.
-7 min walk to Q Train (86th St stop - which brings you to Downtown and Brooklyn very accessibly.)
-Very friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffee spots. Only blocks away from countless bars, our favorite is just around the corner, if you like Trivia on Thursdays :-)

It has a fully stocked kitchen, multiple closets, and a cute bathroom, bedroom fits a full size bed.

The apartment is a 6th floor walk up...which I tell myself I get a mini workout everyday ;)

**If you work from home, there’s a little desk space with a monitor.

No washer/dryer or laundry units but laundromat is on the same street.

All utilities/internet included in the $2500/mo price.
