I am am living in this shared space. This sublet is for the larger of the two rooms. The available room is pictured in this listing and currently contains NO BED and 1 DRESSER
We would share the kitchen living room and a full bathroom. There is a fire escape in the available room leading onto a roof that can be used a a patio for summer relaxing. Amenities included (gas, electricity, hydro, internet access).
No smoking allowed
No Guests
My preference is a roommate that is comfortable taking their shoes off in our shared space. I am a wellness professional, an early riser with a consistent meditation practice

I like to cook daily, entertain once or twice a year. I'm outgoing, tidy and seeking a mature individual to share the space.
I work from home 2pm - 10pm four days out of the week teaching exercise online.

Rental requirements
Interested parties would need to provide one month rent + a security deposit in the amount of $900. This means a total of $2025 in advance of move in date to secure the tenancy.
Proof of income will be requested of all applicants seeking to sublet. Interested parties must pass a screening and reference check
Your share of the monthly rent is $1125 including all utilities (gas, water, electricity and internet)
You must be willing sign a sub lease agreement
Minimum 3 month term.
