A swimming pool, a viewing deck and a social room are part of the common areas and a bbq grill can be requested at the reception.

The beach is 5 min walking distance, where you can also access our favourite: the Miami Beach Boardwalk, a scenic pathway running parallel to the beach, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean, lined with shops, restaurants, and hotels, stretching from South Pointe Park to the Surfside border; it's considered a prime spot to experience the vibrant Miami Beach atmosphere and you can walk, run, bike or roller skate at any time of the day.
