I am looking for someone to sublet on a short term basis as I have a new job opportunity that has me traveling a lot more. When in town, though, I will not be far as I will be staying with my partner in Bushwick. There could be a possibility to extend the sublet term but would like to start with 3 months. The price is an ALL INCLUSIVE price, so this will cover electric, heat, gas & internet.
The type of person I am looking for is responsible and quiet! This is a large building but many. of the tenants have been there for years and years and years so it is crucial that whomever is selected have the utmost respect for the space! I have a good relationship with the landlord and I would like to keep it that way :)
This is a true 1 bedroom with plenty of closet space! This apartment will come furnished with everything you will need. I will ensure all of my personal smaller items are removed as well so you will have loads of space! The unit itself gets great natural light and is in the back of the building so there is rarely any noise. It will also come equipped with 2 TVs (one in the BR and one in the living room).
This is a 2nd floor apt in the heart of East Williamsburg! It is less than 1 block from a grocery store, though there are a few others in the area. It is also a block and a half to the L train at Montrose Ave.
This unit is next to Duck Duck, Win Son Bakery/ Win Son, a delicious Spanish Tapas restaurant and loads of other great restaurants and bars! You are only a few short stops to Williamsburg and less than a 10 min walk to the M/J at Lorimer. There is also the G about a 15 min walk away at Broadway.

I am a 30-something corporate girly who has lived in NYC for nearly 10 years now. I do not own this unit, I am simply the tenant so finding the right person who will care for the space like I would is priority number 1 for me! Rent will be paid to me (preferably electronically) and then I will pay everything else. Should there be any issues within the apartment and you need the super, please call me first and I will get in touch! Although, I have lived there for 3 years now and rarely had any issues at all. I am quite flexible with time to show the apartment so just respond and we can coordinate! I am also flex on the move in date as I know Feb 1st is just a few days away. Of course, Feb will be prorated for the amount of days that you are there!
