-two bedrooms both with queen size Casper beds
-one huge bathroom with shower
-loft room with second full size bed and couch and projector for TV
-in-unit washer + dryer and laundry room
-dishwasher
-gas stove
-assigned parking space right next to the house off the street under a carport
-has a private patio, porch
-Level 1 electric car charger.

The house is adorable, quiet and charming. It has a hanging fireplace in the living room, and a loft space with a bonus living area for movies, workouts and/or a second bedroom.

It's in a very lovely area that is super walkable to Kaiser, Summit Medical Center, just two blocks off Piedmont Ave by the movie theater.

The house is super private but around the corner from Piedmont Ave but on a randomly quiet street with good parking. Also walkable to Rockridge, Temescal, and Lake Merritt.

I leave May/June and would want someone there for at least 3 months, timeline negotiable. Down to swap if you're coming from New York!
