I love this cozy space! It's fully furnished, and decorated- very cute and cozy! I need to return to my job in Texas for anywhere between 4 and 9 months. I'm self-employed so that part can be flexible if I find the right tenant- if your dates don't match exactly what's listed, please ask me to consider what you need! I can leave most odds and ends you would need.

There's a comfy queen bed, velvet fold-out couch, Smart TV. Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full bathtub! Window AC in bedroom, uninstalled AC available that could also be added to the living room. You will be provided with any odds and ends you need, including all kitchen supplies, small appliances, linens, towels, etc. Extremely nice super and maintenance guys, they keep everything *very* clean.

Additionally, it's up two easy flights of stairs with a package locker in the lobby. Gorgeous exposed brick throughout.. What I love most about this apartment is it's quieter than most I've ever lived in; It's so nice to have a quiet cozy home in the heart of NYC bustle!

Neighborhood is AWESOME! If you know the East Village.. you just know! I am one block from the L train, and a few steps from First Ave, where there are buses up and down all of Manhattan. Everything you would need including Trader Joe's is steps away. Best bars and restaurants in the city!

There's no broker fee but there will be a charge for application/background check, security deposit and financial documents are required. Open to leave all bills in my name for an additional $150 per month (Verizon WiFi and ConEd electric)

I am a pretty chill person- I am also an artist, graphic designer, yogi, water lover, and couch potato. My favorite thing in the world is my dog Thumper, who was left to me by my grandmother when she passed away in 2022. He has learned how to be a great airplane passenger, though we're still working on some mid flight whining issues. 😅

Most of my family is back in Texas. I have six nieces and nephew who I adore, and I am recently divorced. I love to travel, both alone and with friends, and I'm just always looking for the next adventure. As long as it's chill!
