Stylish decor and luxury mattress in rear-facing apartment (away from street noise) for relaxing and recharging between your city adventures .
In the center of one of NYC's most appealing residential neighborhoods on Mulberry St. between Prince and Spring, the apartment is a cute one bedroom. It has been professionally decorated with Midcentury Modern furniture and other designer touches.
It features a full-size bed with a high-quality mattress. And since the apartment is in the rear of the building, it's usually calm and quiet by NYC standards.
For entertainment, there's a "smart" Internet-connected TV that also gets local channels.
A small kitchen comes stocked with a Nespresso maker, stovetop espresso maker (no pods/coffee, but both are available nearby), and the essentials (spices, olive oil, sugar, and more) for cooking your own meals—if you're not out enjoying delicious food at local restaurants!
A desk, chair, and laptop stand are available should you need them.
While on the small side, the bathroom's bathtub has a shower with great water pressure. A hair dryer and plenty of clean towels are also included.
Otherwise, there's ample storage in the dresser and large closet where you can hang clothing. (Part of the closet has some items in storage but they are completely out of the way.)
The apartment has been well-designed, creating a comfortable and stylish environment. Includes professional cleaning prior to your stay.
Please note that it is on the second floor (two short flights up). And the building is more than 100 years old, which makes for quirks like water and heating that can get extremely hot, and one faucet in the bathroom that doesn't work. And there are no outlets in the bathroom. These things are easy to manage—as long as you’re the type of person that doesn’t mind cracking a window or being cautious when turning on the shower.
Self check-in using a lockbox.
