Our furniture and plants in the photos are not included (sorry!) as this is an unfurnished rental, but you'll get an idea of how it can work for a young couple.
Landlord pays for sewer, water, and gardener; tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
We're only moving because we're starting a family and need more space for a little one + wfh. The property management company is wonderful, and we're helping them to find a new, qualified tenant(s). 2) 3x the monthly rental amount in gross income
3) no major background issues - bankruptcy, eviction, etc
4) good landlord reference
5) copy of ID and proof of income
