One furnished room (with lock on door) + private bathroom + free parking spot in garage in a unique apartment unit in Koreatown, a very walkable part of LA. Full of natural light, our unit has a double height ceiling with one bedroom upstairs and a second one downstairs. It's on the top floor (third) of the building and has views of the Griffith Park observatory, mountains, and downtown from our long balcony. Inside our unit there are only five steps to go down to the living room and five steps from the landing to go upstairs to the second bedroom.

There's one parking spot in the garage downstairs which is designated to our unit that you can use.

Looking for someone respectful and clean. You would be sharing the unit with one roommate who sometimes works from home. Ideally you are someone who wants to stay for at least a month or longer, and the length of time is negotiable. We can also be flexible and work with a weekly rate if your stay is less than a month.
