Cute & cozy recently renovated appartement, all furnished & decorated. Spacious jungle-y living room, open kitchen, vinyl player, velvet couch, bar station, dishwasher, 1 laundry in building.

The room comes ALL FURNISHED (double bed, AC, clothing rack, paintings) with natural light. High ceilings for extra shelving if you want but still best for people without too much stuff since the room is small. Cannot accommodate people who only work from home

You'd be living with a mid-30 artist painter/muralist who works a lot. When I am not out painting walls, I am in the studio, and occasionally WFH. I am a night owl who sometimes have to wake up at 5am so my schedule is changing. I do respect other ppl’s space & rhythm and ask that you respect mine as well. I keep the place nice and tidy because I put a lot of love into it so looking for someone respectful and on the quiet side.
Trying to have a household without having the TV on too often, but happy to watch a good movie or series too.
I’m pretty laid-back otherwise, not a party house but guests are welcome. Looking for someone in the same vibe, 29yo minimum, artistic preferably, LGBTQ & 420, kind

The area is filled with little gardens/parks, restaurants, cocktail bars and anything you need around the corner.
