Rental requirements
I'm looking for someone who will be respectful of the space and building, and who ideally wants to stay the whole week. I have some plants and it would be amazing if the person staying could water them at some point.
750 for the for the stay, plus a 100 dollar security deposit (850 total). The security deposit will be returned to you after your stay, as long as there are no damages to the apartment or belongings.
