Ground-floor room available in a 4 br house 5/1 :) Someone who can sign the lease (5/1/2025 to 4/30/2026) and provide income docs to the landlord is ideal!

The room faces the backyard (nice and quiet) and you share a bathroom with one other roommate.

We'd love if you *also* don't work from home, and the other roommates are open to pets on case-by-case basis.

There are two full bathrooms and two living/dining rooms plus an eat-in kitchen. We also have a private backyard. We lock our bikes to the fence outside.

Hardwood floors throughout, natural light throughout the entire day and lots of plants. This is a quiet home, we keep everything tidy and light.

The subway is a 9 min walk away, the A/C off Kingston-Throop. We are right around the corner from the laundromat and a few blocks away from the grocery store. There's a library ~7 blocks away plus a few bars/evening hang out spots. It's a super special home!
