Subletting my beloved apartment for 2 months (flexible-ish, ideally the full 2 months). It's a railroad apartment on the 1st floor with high ceilings, clean and renovated. The bedroom is facing the backyard, it is very quiet and gets a lot of light all day round. Bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen is furnished (microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, blender, milk frother, toaster). Second bedroom is used as office (iMac not included). Both bedrooms have big build-in closets (I’ll empty them for you to use). I will provide bed lines & towels.
Internet, electricity + gas included. Tv with Netflix. Most lights are connected via Philips hue but also work without the app.

The street is quiet and feels very much like a neighborhood.
10 min walk from J/M Myrtle ave and 20min from A/C at Fulton Street. 12 min walk from Herbert Von King Park. Plenty of buses and citibikes stations around.
