Be our studio mate! Two dedicated desks with 24/7 access and storage now available in our 1350 sq.ft. design and bookbinding studio with a private bathroom and kitchenette.

Located on an upper floor in an elevator building with other artists, designers, photographers, and craftspeople. Our neighbors rule.

DESK A (see photo): One small desk situated by a window, approximately 4 x 5', modular/optional dividers, standing/sitting desk. $425/mo. This desk is more of an open concept, as opposed to Desk B (see below).

DESK B (see photo): One large desk privately tucked away in the corner with lots of wall space, approximately 5 x 8'. $750/mo. This desk is more private/secluded.

We're looking for studio mates that are respectful, kind, and open to fostering a positive studio environment. Because you'd have access to our bindery space, we think this is most suited to artists, architects, designers, or book-makers who enjoy prototyping and working with their hands, but who also want their own desks for quiet, independent work.

These desks are not suitable for anyone whose work requires them to be on frequent zoom calls.

About This Lister

We're a graphic design and publishing studio. There are usually 3 humans in the studio (and one small dog!), two of us working full time between the desks and bindery, one person working a few days/week in the bindery. We love our space a lot (and have recently renovated it after 5 years here), and we would like to share our space and resources with other creative folks.

We work quietly during the day with bi-weekly in-person client meetings. We have occasional weekend workshops in the spring and fall, and have recently started an evening event series, which you're welcome to join.
