This offering includes three 1:1 hypnosis sessions, session aftercare, a written archive of the experience, and creative exercises for additional support.

About this Lister

I’m Kristen, an artist & hypnotist who supports big-hearted, open-minded, playful creators, caregivers, organizers, cultural workers, artists, and storytellers. I want you to listen more deeply to your imagination, intuition, and all that is alive within you.

Background and Expertise

I started my hypnosis practice in the spring of 2021 and since then, have supported many artists, creators, storytellers, cultural workers, organizers, and mystics. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2012, completed my hypnosis training from the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis at the end of 2020, and became certified by The National Guild of Hypnotists in 2021.
