(1) Available Jan 1 - April 30. I'm prioritizing people who can stay the entire time. Minimum stay is 1 month. Please send dates when responding.

(2) Rate is break-even with rent. I’m covering cost of cleaning fee, Fios Fiber Optic internet, and all utilities (another $500).

(3) Small security deposit may be required.

Greenpoint loft 1-bedroom with private outdoor living room, BBQ, and garden. Access to rooftop with views of Manhattan and Brooklyn, full gym, laundry, bike room.

Living room: Designer furniture, 4K short-throw projector, built in Bluetooth speakers. Work desk with adjustable standing desk and ergonomic chair.

Fully-stocked kitchen: Vitamix, Huron juicer, Zojirushi rice cooker, all-clad stainless steel pans etc. Everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.

The apt is designed and curated for working from home, creative thinking, active lifestyle — inspiring workstation, design and art books and natural light overlooking the private backyard garden furnished with a hammock, couches, coffee table, and large dining table.

I am covering the cost of utilities, Wifi, and cleaning fees (worth $500 per month)
