Located on the top (5th) floor of a former fabric warehouse that was converted into artist studios and offices, the building is a great community of creative people in lower Manhattan. Our office has 14ft ceilings, 3 large windows, exposed beams, and is in the back of the building so is a bit quieter. There is an elevator and 24/7 access to the space.

Short walk from: A/C/E at Canal, N/Q/R/W/6/J/Z at Canal, 1 at Franklin, 4/5 at City Hall.

Looking for a quiet creative professional who needs desk space (writer, graphic designer, editor, etc). Not suited for an artist looking for more workspace than a desk can provide, and we try to maintain a quiet environment so also not suited for someone who needs to be on frequent or lengthy phone or video calls for their work.

The rent includes wifi and utilities.

Ideally looking for a 3 month commitment to start and month to month after that, with at least one month’s notice before leaving.
