A desk space has opened up in our 900sq ft studio located in Crown Heights/Prospect Heights. Currently the space is shared by 4 artists and we are looking for a 5th person to join. The studio has an attached bathroom, Air conditioning and heat, a wood burning stove, a kitchenette with sink+common eating area and a private roof deck.

The building has 12 studio units occupied by artists, musicians, florists and has 24/7 access. No elevator, our studio is up a small flight of stairs.
Located near Classon and Bergen (10min to C and 12 min walk to 4/6).

Rent: $690/ month
Utilities: $120/month (on average)
Time commitment: minimum 3months (open to extending)

About This Lister

Currently we are 4 artists who share the space; an interior designer, a painter, two illustrators and one very friendly (and quiet) dog.

We all work at our individual desk spaces and our practises are both analog and digital. We like to keep the space clean and also have a cleaner come in once a month (included in utilities)

The studio space is cozy and relaxed. We truly enjoy working here! Sometimes we have friends over on weekends, have hosted pop-ups and open studios in the past.
