We are renting two desk spaces in our light-filled corner office in Chinatown/ Lower East Side / Two Bridge Area in Manhattan, on the 9th floor of elevator building with views of both Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge!

The space has four large windows, and as it is on the 9th floor it has loads of light, with glimpses of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge.

The space has a large central table, fridge, coffee maker, and electric burner. You will have a desk facing one of the scenic windows.

The building is 24h access, with a super onsite from 9a-5p
There is a shared bathroom outside of the office, and an elevator.

About This Lister

ABOUT US: We are a small architecture/design office made up of two partners. We are both very involved in teaching so are in not often in the office. We have occasional digital workshops on Sunday evenings, less than once a month. So you might have the entire space to yourself very often!
Great food, coffee and shops in the area! Very well connected by Subway, Bus and Citi Bike:
City Hall stop trains 4,5,6 & F train on East Broadway. Buses M22 & M9 stop right at the front door.
