My gorgeous, bright, cozy 1BR apartment is available for one month while I'll be away, and I'm offering it at an enticing discount in exchange for care of my sweet cat and green children.
I'm a plant person and a comfort-forward decorator, so you'll have pillows and couches and fuzzy blankets to squirrel yourself away in the new york winter! There's a 40 inch TV and all the streaming services you can imagine. A fully functioning, albeit small, kitchenette awaits you to cook anything that doesn't take up a lot of space :)
I am 5-7 minutes away from both the Kingston-Throop and Nostrand Ave A/C stops, and I'm just a few minutes walk away from some incredible shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
I am a professional voice actor, so we could chat about me giving you access to my sound booth if you're interested in being creative with your voice somehow!
It's a relatively very quiet part of brooklyn, and I will cover internet and utilities while you stay!

I am a voice actor, weightlifter, and acrobat! I love living in nyc but I also have to travel for my work as a somatic therapist and facilitator.

Rental requirements
I would highly prefer someone with pet, or even better, cat-sitting experience, and I would request a couple of references as to your conscientiousness and awesomeness as a tenant/sitter and person!
This will only really work if we get along well, as I would love to request regular photo updates of the little fluffy dude, so ideally we would be in semi-regular communication.
If you plan to have a friend/partner/etc come stay for a prolonged part of that time as well, I would request that you just check in and clear it with me!
