This house is our baby, we love it so much and want someone to take care of it while we are away. We both produce and write music for a living, so the house has two studios with full setups, which is perfect for musicians. One is a separate office and one is a bedroom turned into a studio, where we have a sofa that can be turned into a bed. In the living room, we have two twin beds stacked on top of each other that we use as a sofa, but is perfect when having guests over. Bedroom has a comfy queen bed. 2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, filtered ice/water machine in the freezer, washer/cleaner is in the kitchen as well, the whole house is newly renovated. In the backyard we have a fireplace and seating, as well as a cold plunge that we love doing in the mornings. We have a yard in the front as well, with seating where you can have your morning coffee. The street is super quiet, although it's just a few streets behind York, where there are a bunch of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We love bar hopping there! Plenty of street parking. Honestly a perfect home!
