About This Lister

We are a young family from the UK with one child (15 months) and a small dog. We have lived in NYC for 2.5 years and moved for my wife's job. Our reason for moving back to the UK is the ill-health of a parent. We have flights booked in the evening of the 27th of January so the apartment will be available from early evening. Although we are taking a shipping container home, we will also be looking to sell large items such as sofa, bed, table and chairs etc - we can discuss very reasonable prices if you are interested.

The reason for passing on this place is that we are relocating back to the UK after 2.5 years in NYC. We have loved being in this apartment and had our first child in here. The lease takeover will be until September but you will be able to renew for another year if you wish to. Deposit of $4,152.34 will be due to us upon taking over the lease. One month's rent will also be due on the 30th of January (we will have paid up until then).

Pets Policy

We have a dog. Dog and cats allowed in the building.
