Located on the top floor of a duplex and lined with windows, my furnished and airy apartment is perfect for someone looking for a peaceful place in LA. 10 minutes from downtown LA in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood; it's adjacent to Echo Park, Highland Park, Silverlake, and South Pasadena.

At 1200 sq ft with a large primary bedroom (west facing windows for sunset) and a studio/office space for you to make your own- this open and spacious apartment is perfect for a single or a couple. The neighborhood is mostly families with beautiful hikes that give you a 360 view of LA (a viewpoint for locals is a short walk from my place).

I've lived here for more than 6 years and it's a magical place that often feels like a retreat or treehouse with the hardwood floors and windows framing the trees. Furnished with all vintage and handmade pieces, its perfect for design lovers. Hoping to find someone who can appreciate and indulge in my place as much as I do.
