This is a unique apartment in that while it is quiet and in a safe building it is in the most convenient location! It’s our home and a place to work. We are creative professionals who travel a lot, and we’re hoping to find someone who can take care of it and water our plants while we are away.

We are a married couple who work in the music and arts scene of the East Village/NYC. We travel often and spend a lot of time in London (my other half's hometown). We have lived in this magical apartment for years and have outfitted it for max convenience and comfort, due to how often we travel.
