I am subletting my echo park bedroom while I am on tour. The room is in a 3bd/2ba, the top floor of a triplex house. You will share the bathroom with 1 roommate.

We are seeking a roommate that is interested in keeping the house clean. The room is furnished, and has an electric piano and a desk with studio monitors and small interface, great for a musician looking to write.

One roommate is a musician who works part time from home, the other works in advertising, full time from home.

In unit free laundry, central air, street parking.

Utilities and wifi are separate from rent.
