A lovely 2 bedroom / 1 bath craftsman in the hills of Echo Park. Here, you have the best of both worlds: a few minute's drive to groceries, restaurants, bookstores, and a quiet retreat with a one-minute walk to the expansive Elysian Park with trails, horses, and nature.

Our most loved part of the home is the living room which has windows on three sides leaving the room drenched in sun all morning and afternoon, perfect for working from home, snuggling up with a book, or an afternoon of Criterion. For the musically inclined, a white piano (mostly in tune) awaits you.

During the silent movie era, this property and the row of houses nearby were owned by one actress. Our particular craftsman was designated as the "music" house. All that's to say, it's a creative space.

The main bedroom features a queen-sized, super-comfortable Keetsa bed.

Other amenities include a spacious kitchen with gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and tons of cookware as we love to cook. The second bedroom features an office/workspace and a twin bed.

Outside, an additional lot is dedicated to a native garden, outdoor dining, and patio.
