We have created a private You Tube video featuring a walk through of the apartment which can be viewed at this link below. The video was created in 2020 and there have been some upgrades since then. The place is even better but the video provides a good idea of what to expect. For prospective tenants who meet our requirements, we prefer that either they or someone they trust arrange a physical viewing of the apartment.

We are an artist couple who every year since 1999 move to Italy for 6 months where we run a landscape painting program and gastronomic tours. We have sublet our apartment every year since then. We have a lot of experience doing this and its all been good!
