I've outgrown my current space and rented a larger home nearby to accommodate my growing business and my dog, so I'm looking to sublet my amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in this vibrant neighborhood.

The apartment is huge—it's got a large private backyard that's actually bigger than the unit itself! The layout is perfect for someone who needs space for both living and working, especially if you're a creative or running a home business. The front bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a long hallway, making it ideal for a studio or office space.

The building is quiet, with just five units. My neighbors are all wonderful, respectful professionals. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here. I have 10 months left on my lease and can offer a sublet (with my landlord's approval) or a direct lease (which might be a better option for you). My landlord is super friendly and he's always been easy to work with, and you’re of course welcome to meet him first.

My apartment is going to be unfurnished because I’m moving out all of my furniture. But some of the other units are pre-furnished so if you ask my landlord I'm sure he can probably furnish this one.

I’ve lowered the rent to sublet quickly, so the price is firm. The backyard is magical in the summer and it's perfect for urban farming or gardening enthusiasts.
