We have a cleaner who comes in once a month, and we like to keep the place clean and tidy, this is a shoe free home. Neighborhood is really great, there are many supermarket options, restaurants and a UPS and Post Office. Nearest train Kingston Throop is 8 mins away and Nostrand Avenue stop is 10 mins away.
