Looking to sublet to single occupancy. Looking for someone respectful and quiet. Great wifi, nice large space, perfect location in Greenpoint. On the same block as me are two cafes, a restaurant and wine bar, and book store. Steps away is literally everything else, including mccarren park (6 min walk). Short Walk to L or G train. Near many citybike posts. Massive railroad-layout one bedroom with a huge kitchen and roomy living room. My personal belongings will still be there so looking for someone trustworthy and respectful who will not bring others into the apartment. Thank you!
