Sweet apartment, one-bedroom plus a study, in the heart of Williamsburg (Bedford L, also a short walking distance to the G and JMZ trains) is available for flexible dates between October 6 - November 6. The rate is $1100/week (including utilities), or $195/day, and the cleaning fee is $165. The rate is firm, as it's the lowest I can afford to go. I typically request a minimum stay of five days.

It's a charming, colorful, fully furnished 1.5 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and study. Wireless internet and utilities are included. There is no TV. The apartment is on the fifth floor and it's a walk-up (no elevator). Within one block, there is a lovely wine bar, several restaurants, shops, a Whole Foods and a neighborhood grocery store, a bank and 24-hour drugstore/market. There’s a laundromat a few blocks away, which has pickup and drop-off service, and many gyms and specialty fitness studios.

In recent months, I've purchased a new bed and mattress, new linens, new stove/oven, pots & pants, and brand new internet modem and router.

The apartment is located a few blocks away from the Bedford Ave "L" train, and an 8-minute walk from the "G" train at Metropolitan. The "J/M/Z" line is about a 10-minute walk. There is also a ferry to Manhattan nearby.

The apartment has two window air conditioning units to keep it cool and radiator steam heating to keep it warm. Quiet hours are starting at 10pm, out of respect for my neighbors. Sorry, but there are strictly no pets/animals allowed in my building due to neighbors with severe allergies.
