Our home is located in the heart of Dennis Village. We are walking distance to many restaurants as well as the Cape Cod Playhouse, Cape Cod Museum of Art, Corporation Beach and Scargo Lake.

We are also the owners of The Pheasant, which is a farm-to-table restaurant located on the property and a boutique wine shop in Yarmouth Port, Dunn & Sons Wine. Want to make a trip out of it and have a full culinary experience? We’ve got you covered. Our house affords a place to stay for the week (or more) while you eat with us at The Pheasant, drink natural wine by the beach or explore Dennis village, with its own catbird view of town.

Crafted of antique materials from the 1800s and exceptional care taken to add modern comforts while preserving historic character.

Ideal for families and small groups (can accommodate groups of up to eight guests). And pet friendly! But please note, we have chickens on the property. Yes, fresh eggs in the morning!

We live on Cape Cod full time with our two boys, ages 3 & 6. We are active members in our community and own a restaurant called The Pheasant and wine shop, Dunn & Sons Wine just right down the road!
