Red Hook Fabricators is a 20,000 square foot facility where craftsmen and art professionals have worked together for over four decades. Located within an historic industrial site with high arch brick openings,natural lighting, and an expansive cobbled courtyard, we have created an environment that fosters a small community of individuals and partnerships working to explore creative expression and artistic growth.

Supported activities include graphic and 3-dimensional design and fine arts mediums. Ground floor areas are well equipped for large material handling and truck access. Available on-premises are metal fabrication and woodworking services for hire to help. you achieve your creative vision. Eight unique private workspaces exist within the larger context for rented occupancy with 24/7 access. Each has environmental control for comfort and a variety of useful fixtures in place.

Separate 140 square foot room for office/clean room or for dirty work with stainless counters and built in shelving. Fridge and kitchen area and workbench with drawers and cabinetry.

Ideal for painting, sculpture, print making, photography, silkscreening, floral arrangement, designer or architect office etc.

2A and 2B - Ground Main - Adjacent 800 and 400 sq ft ground floor Studios within the owner's larger workspace - $2550/mo. and $1650/mo. respectively or $4,000/mo. for both spaces.
