Red Hook Fabricators is a 20,000 square foot facility where craftsmen and art professionals have worked together for over four decades.

Located within an historic industrial site with high arch brick openings, abundant natural light, and an expansive cobbled courtyard, we have created an environment that fosters a small community of individuals and partnerships working to explore creative expression and artistic growth.

Supported activities include graphic and 3-dimensional design and all fine arts mediums and photography. Ground floor areas are well equipped for large material handling and truck access. Available on-premises are metal fabrication and woodworking services for hire to help you achieve your creative vision. Eight unique private workspaces exist within the larger context for rented occupancy with 24/7 access. Each has environmental control for comfort and a variety of other useful fixtures in place.

1A and 1B - Ground floor: Adjacent 800 and 400 sq. ft ground floor totally private studios within the owner's larger workspace - $2550/mo. and $1650/month respectively, or $4,000/mo. for both studio spaces.

Excellent natural light from enormous skylight, 16 foot ceilings, concrete floors, huge working walls with plywood backing for easy work hanging. Suspended 200 sq ft loft, perfect for office/storage above workspace. Exhaust fan. Individually controlled heat. Large double doors for easy access.

The 2 studios could be combined to create an adjacent "clean room" or spray paint booth.

Ideally suited for sculpture, painting, woodworking, metalworking, stone carving, motorcycle restoration, or ceramics.

Welding, grinding, machinery noise, oil paint, spray painting, sandblasting, or dust are all no problem.

Fixtures and furniture available. Basic three phase electric service included. Use of separate kitchen, slop sink, and multiple bathrooms.
