We are looking for a custom woodworker with substantial experience who can begin fabrication to our standards in a minimal amount of time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate doors, door frames, and other components, ensuring all projects meet our manufacturing standards.
- Install door hardware with precision.
- Able to take production from shop drawings to the finished product, meeting all deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fine woodworking and millwork production.
- Proficient in operating a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and processes.
- Ability to accurately read and follow shop drawings and manufacturer's specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal waste.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
