A private furnished oasis available for a 5 1/2 month sublet, dates can be flexible on either end. The apartment is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the F/G train, and just a few blocks away from Coffey Park, Van Brunt St., Pioneer Works, and all that Red Hook has to offer. Red Hook is much beloved for a reason, and a particularly special place in the warm and summer months– it feels like living in a small town with New York City a short 15 minute car ride away.

Street parking is easy, I have a car and practically never have to search farther than a block away to find parking.

I have made a number of improvements to the space, including custom furniture and other vintage pieces, and hope to find an individual, couple, or pair of friends who are responsible and will enjoy, appreciate, and steward the space in my absence.

The space has two bedrooms set up on opposite sides of the apartment.
