We’re subletting our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Prospect Heights this summer and looking for someone to stay for July and August (with some flexibility on dates). The apartment is on the 44th floor of a full-service building, with floor-to-ceiling west-facing windows that bring in incredible light and open views of downtown Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and beyond.

Even though it’s right next to Barclays Center, it’s quiet and peaceful up here—an unexpected kind of calm in the middle of the city. You're close to restaurants, shops, Prospect Park, and several subway lines, all within easy walking distance.

The rent includes all utilities—internet, electricity, A/C, heat, hot water, and gas. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
