Want to work for an awesome, sweet, funny family?!
Seeking a creative, motivated, and genuinely connective individual to serve a wonderful family in Prospect Heights. I am currently filling this position, and it is my hope to find the perfect fit before my departure in late February.
This family is compried of two teenage girls (13 &16), ER doctor mom, a dad who runs an animation company, and a sweet 5 year old golden doodle.
Foremost responsibilities include: laundry, homework with the girls, and cooking dinner.
This family is neurodivergent, and I have worked on setting up systems and organizing their home- I am hoping to find someone who can continue this, and is familiar with working within neurodivergent households. This is a fun, loud, and silly group :)
Hours:
M/W/F 4-8:30-9, $27-30/hr
Opportunity to take on additional hours to contribute to organization and system creation within their home on an as-needed basis
First day is Feb 24
I am here to vet possible candidates, and connect with top applicants with this family. Please send me a bit about yourself and your professional background, links to any social media you’d like to share, and a resume if it’s available.
Applicants with varied backgrounds are encouraged to apply- if you think you’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you :)
For what it is worth- I am a queer woman, and have felt incredibly welcomed by this family.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Monya
