Good morning! I'm looking for a pet friendly, long term place to live within 15 miles of Pine Plains NY (the area between Pine Plains and Hillsdale), ideally on the east side of the Hudson River. I'm also open to crossing over the border to MA/CT.

My ideal rent is $950 and under, and ideally I'm looking for a space that I can live on my own (but I'd also be open to living with one roommate). I'm happy to provide a reference - thank you for any help!
