Hello! We are subletting our 2200 sq foot Berlin apartment in beautiful Schöneberg for 10 days in April. We'll be traveling, so our dates are fixed.

We are looking for a small family, couple, or single person to stay. Perfect for a work-remotely escape.

Our flat has 7 rooms, 3 of them bedrooms (one primary with a 180cm bed and two separate children's rooms with twins), also with a spare bedroom. Two offices with desks, two large living rooms, two full bathrooms. Big bright windows on a quiet street. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (we love to cook!), bright, gorgeous winter garden for dinners almost outside, and first floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator) for easy access.

For families, we have toys, books, high chairs, kid plates - you name it.

We are extremely tidy, and great 100% cotton linens and towels are included. Great neighbors, bikes you can borrow, and close to so many Berlin sights.

We have a very sweet kitten, Pesto, who is affectionate and sweet. She'd need daily food and water, and snuggles if that is your thing.

There are fantastic restaurants in the area, an amazing coffee shop a block away, an authentic Sicilian deli just across the street, and you'll be 2 blocks from KaDeWe and some of the best shopping in Berlin (if that's you're thing). You're a 10 minute walk from the zoo and Tiergarten, and there are tons of parks and green spaces nearby. You're a 5 minute walk from Wittenbergplatz which has four major subway lines to connect you to the rest of the city. Not to mention, Vikotria Luise Platz - our favorite spot to hang out and eat ice cream, just around the corner.

You'll have amazing outdoor markets just minutes away 5 days a week - one of them at Winterfeldplatz, the biggest and oldest in the city.

About This Lister

We are a family of four. My husband, Adam, is American, I'm Canadian. Our kids are 4 and 6. We lived for over a decade in NYC before settling in Berlin. I own a digital design company called Radish Lab in Brooklyn (and Berlin) and now work as a photographer in Berlin, and my husband teaches acting.

We are very tidy and looking for tenants who are super respectful of our space. Our building is quiet and friendly, so no parties or pets.
