Hello, we are currently splitting time between locations and looking to rent our apartment out for various weeks/time periods between now and the end of the year. We are open to weekly/weekend sublets.

Subletting for $1300pw + cleaning

Close proximity to Dimes Square, local parks, the East River, and amazing restaurants, our apartment is located within a converted school house. A great sublet for one person or couple who enjoy the city life but value having space and light too!

Bedroom:
- Large 1 Bedroom with Queen Sized Bed
- Looooots of space for clothes (you have no idea)
- Huge crawl space to put boxes/suitcases/bags
- 65 Inch TV with Amazon Firestick

Living:
- Corner Sofa (extremely comfy!)
- Lots of seating/chill spots!
- Projector (nothing fancy, just a simple one but great for watching movies!)

Kitchen:
- Full Kitchen
- Island
- Lots of storage
- Drip Coffee Maker

Bathroom:
- Bathtub / Shower
- Great size, lots of mirrors!

We love this apartment so much we sometimes don't leave for a couple days lol, but when you do there are many cool things nearby.

Within 10 mins walk:
- Target
- Trader Joe's
- OST Coffee
- Tennis Courts/Soccer Fields
- Dimes Square
- East Broadway Station

We're currently away from the space so cannot host 'video walkthroughs' but can provide as much detail and photos as possible!

We're a couple creatives in the world of tech and fashion, we have a cat (who is joining us on our travels!) love live music, 50s country, Montana, and life in Manhattan! Our apartment is sprinkled with our various interests and quirks - but leaves lots of open room for you to share yours (:

This is a space we cherish as it's a New York gem and is a building full of creative professionals and families. It also does the incredibly rare job of making us feel like we have space in the middle of downtown manhattan!

We often take trips away so if the dates don't align on this listing, message us anyway and maybe we can keep in touch for future ops (:
