Spend up to 3 weeks this summer (dates flexible!) at our sunny and spacious West Village 2-bedroom (set up as a 1 bedroom with office/den/Peloton +).

We are traveling and hoping to find someone wonderful to sublet our primary home to over our vacation.

What sets our place apart is the sheer scale and size for the neighborhood, with a beautiful courtyard, and an elevator and laundry in the building. Inside the home, we pride ourselves on thoughtful touches, like dimmers on nearly every light switch, and happy plants throughout.

We are a house-proud queer couple and this is our primary home, so there will be some of our belongings here during your stay. However, we take hospitality extremely seriously, so the home will be immaculate for your arrival and have space for your belongings.

We believe in the importance of community, and we love our neighborhood and our neighbors. We live in a quiet building that's mostly families and older couples -- please be respectful of the space, and keep noise to a minimum. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited out of respect for our neighbors, thank you.

I work in operations for a home renovation company and my wife is a writer and documentary filmmaker. We are both 30-somethings who love to cook and have a fully stocked kitchen. We also love our neighborhood and can provide tailored recommendations on great things to do and see in the area.
