Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg, 2 minutes from the J/M Hewes stop, 10 from Lorimer L stop. Our dates are early January through early March or April, we are somewhat flexible as our plans come into focus and want to prioritize finding someone we can trust in the space before we solidify our plans. Happy to schedule an in-person or remote viewing to get to know each other and make sure everything is a fit!

The apartment
The 3rd floor apartment has a spacious and well-appointed kitchen and a cozy lounge area. It is fully furnished with large lounge set, steel dining room table, Smart TV, coffee table, etc. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment allowing for a lot of privacy, one bedroom could also be used as an office or studio space and one bedroom has nice fire escape access and exposed bricks.

The monthly rent includes high-speed Internet, gas, and electricity. You’re welcome to connect your streaming services on the Smart TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, blender, etc.

Location
All of Williamsburg is walkable from the apartment, including Domino Park and McCarren Park. Close to a ton of great food and drink spots and cafes, pharmacy, grocery store. 2 minutes from laundromat and CitiBike depot.

We are a brother and sister from London, living in New York for the past 4 years. I am a chef and my sister is a phD student. We’re in our late 20s, career and family oriented, organized, and tidy. We are the tenants of this apartment, and we would love to have someone treat the place as their own while we are away.
