The lease term and start date are flexible. I’m open to shorter or longer-term rentals, but the minimum rental period is one month.

This unit is perfect for one or two people. It features a beautiful living room with lots of light for lounging, reading, entertaining, or working from home. The kitchen/dining area has everything you need to cook with recently purchased appliances. The bedroom features 100% linen sheets, views of the Hudson River, and an original 1900s decorative fireplace (not operational). A shared backyard is accessible to all five units at the property, which also features views of the Hudson River.

This apartment has tons of light, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer (in the building, not in the unit). It is in a boutique historic building. Air conditioning units are installed in two windows to keep you cool in the summer.

The house is in the well-kept and quiet Montgomery Historic District in Newburgh. Occasionally, a bald eagle nests in the large tree across the street. It's a short walk to restaurants and coffee shops on Liberty Street or along the waterfront. It is also a short drive to many amazing nearby places: 15 minutes from Storm King, 10 minutes from Beacon Main Street + train to NYC, and close to tons of amazing towns and hiking trails. All while being only an hour and 20 minutes away from NYC.

Street parking is available, and it's never difficult to find a spot.
