APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: Each applicant and guarantor must have the following documents to
1. Two most recent BANK STATEMENTS from your personal primary checking and/or savings accounts
2. GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID (Driver’s license, Non-driver ID, Passport, etc.)
3. PROOF OF INCOME: Please submit at least two of the following:
- Signed Employment Letter or Offer Letter of Employment - Must be on business letterhead,
confirming job title, salary, length of employment, and guaranteed bonuses, if any. The letter
must be signed and dated within 30 days.
- Pay Stubs - Two most recent.
- The Work Number - If your employer uses this automated verification system, please obtain
the report and provide it to your leasing representative.
- Last year’s W2
IF SELF-EMPLOYED: We require an application and income verification for both the applicant and
company, consisting of the past two years’ tax returns, or a signed letter from a CPA verifying the last
two years’ Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Self-prepared tax returns will ONLY be accepted in cases
where the applicant is a CPA.
STUDENTS must provide an acceptance letter from the college/university and a current class schedule.
CORPORATE LEASES must be guaranteed by an individual and require a Certified Financial
Statement or two years’ prior Corporate Tax Returns. Corporate leases are subject to approval
and offered on a case-by-case basis.
