Large sunny fully equipped kitchen with a sit in dining table and two large windows. There is a microwave, toaster oven, blender, SodaSpark sparking water maker, and coffee maker. High speed wifi. I'm a plant lover and there are a 20 healthy plants throughout the apartment.

BUILDING:
The apartment is on the fifth and top floor of a small building with two units per floor. There is no elevator and to access the apartment there are four flights to walk up - daily exercise is built in :)

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Fort Greene has everything. This apartment is located literal steps from Fort Greene Park between Dekalb and Lafayette Avenues. Brooklyn Academy of Music, BRIC, the Pratt Sculpture Park, Center for Fiction, Greenlight Bookstore and the beloved GreenMarket at Fort Greene Park every Saturday. Equal distance between City Point and Atlantic Center shopping centers... everything you need is within walking distance. I've lived in this apartment for 6 years and I absolutely love it here.

Closest trains are C at Lafayette, G at Fulton and Q/B (Express) at Dekalb.
