We are looking to fill the bedroom with a balcony on the first floor starting 11/01 (potentially flexible) for a year-long lease in our 4 bed/1.5 bath apartment located near the Central (M), Myrtle Broadway (J/M/Z), and Morgan stops (L).

When you walk through the door you’ll be met with the staircase, a large open-plan living/dining space, a medium-sized kitchen, and a full bathroom.

The room is approx 100 sq feet with a built-in closet that includes overhead storage space and can potentially fit a queen bed, a small dresser or desk and bedside table. The room has big sliding doors that allow lots of natural light that will take you out onto the balcony with a great view of a communal garden.

The previous tenant is looking to sell most of the items currently in the room so let us know if you are interested in buying any of the furniture.

You won’t need to go anywhere when you want to wash your clothes as we have a laundry room in the basement and a well-equipped gym!

To get around the city, we are a 7-minute walk from both Central Avenue (M) and Myrtle Broadway (J/M/Z) while the Morgan Avenue stop (L) is 13 minutes away.

About This Lister

We are three really good friends in our late 20s and early 30s. Heidi and Becca work hybrid schedules going in the office a couples of times a week, while Jacob works in the office 5 days a week. Heidi and Jacob are the the leaseholders and have been living in the apartment for the past three years.

We love living in Bushwick and hang out together in the apartment occasionally. But generally, we are out enjoying what the city has to offer. We are respectful, easy going and clean roommates, who are looking for the same.
