Quiet and friendly couple relocating from New York to be closer to family, friends and nature. Looking for a quiet and light filled space to call home while big enough to host occasional family and friends.

We pride ourselves on being extremely clean, quiet, and conscientious tenants and can provide reference letters to this effect. Excellent credit, references, verifiable income. Our ideal rent range is 2500-2900. We are both self-sufficient and handy people who also would appreciate an outdoor space, either shared or private.

Chloe works in consulting as a Program Manager, while James produces live events as a Video Engineer. In our spare time we love to relax and cook at home, catch a soccer game, or find our next favorite hike in the Denver area.
