Hoping to stay somewhere longterm. I've been in my place for 7 years and the landlord isn't renewing our lease.

Open to different neighborhoods, but would prefer to live somewhere that's at least 45 min commute to midtown.

I have a senior terrier who is an emotional support animal. She is well known and beloved in my current neighborhood. She's non-shedding, technically hypoallergenic. Could also provide a letter from my current landlord to vouch for how chill she is.
